We bring over 20 years of professional experience, gifts, talents and skills to our sessions. ELM & Associates is truly a people serving entity and we thrive on the ‘ah ha’ moments, or seeing eyes light up when something of great interest is heard. We are effective communicators and we provide professional direction in all components of nonprofit management, strategic planning, meeting facilitation, organizational development, program planning and board of directors/professional development. We most enjoy helping folks understand the purpose of systems and helping folks with putting those systems in place!
